一個精緻的剔紅四層套盒, 成方勝型. 這種把两個方型連在一体图案代表着永結同心, 優越美好. 套盒上每個格面上都刻珊瑚宝物, 花瓶,文房雅具, 八寶雜件等. 加起來都是希冀生活祥和安逸, 豐富好. 蓋面有生的双龍, 是皇家用品常有的圖案.

以這型狀來制作容器並不容易, 工序上複雜了不少, 傳世品不多.

The shape of this tiered box is rather special with two rectangular shapes joined together. It is called Fang Sheng, being one of the eight religious holy objects. It is also a good luck sign passed on for years, symbolising unification and harmony.

On all sides of each tier, there are numerous of fine carvings. These include the peony, scholar objects, musical instruments, plates of treasures, flower vases…etc. It is full of blessings for a peaceful and enjoyable life. The top of the lid has two dragons. This pattern is often used by the royal family.
